Organ Donor

The law around organ donation in England has changed.

All adults in England are now considered to have agreed to be an organ donor when they die unless they have recorded a decision not to donate or are in one of the excluded groups.

If you do not want to donate your organs then you should register your decision to refuse to donate. Remember to speak to your family and loved ones about your decision.

Prescription Requests

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your repeat prescription request to be processed.

PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN NOT TAKE PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS OVER THE PHONE. Please put your request in writing, either by dropping your request into reception or into your local pharmacy for them to bring to us. We also take requests via our online services. Please visit us at Reception to request access to online services and please provide us with your ID so we can give you details/access to this service.
