Haldon House Surgery COVID-19 Unlocking plan (Summary) - click on this link to view our plan for re-opening during the easing of lockdown and to see how we intend to introduce our services back whilst ensuring safety of all patients and our staff.
COVID VACCINATIONS - If you are 50 or over and would like to have the vaccine but not yet booked an appointment, please email us with your name and contact number D-CCG.email@example.com and we will either send you a text invite or call you to arrange your vaccine appointment. You can also use this email address to let us know if you do not wish to have the vaccine. Alternatively if you do not have access to emails, you can call us on 01395 222777 but please bear with us as the phone lines remain very busy.
We are pleased to announce that all patients aged 45-49 years old can now book their covid vaccination via the national booking system at mass vaccination sites. You should shortly receive invitations via text message or post and can make contact with the National Booking System to take up this offer. At the present time, Exmouth Tennis Centre is not able to offer this service for this age group, so please do not contact your GP Practices. Thank you.

COVID-19 Important Update
Regarding all face to face appointments:
This week we have introduced a new entrance/exit system to ensure that anyone who needs to be seen face to face, are seen in a safe and efficient way which protects our patients and staff.
We have 5 doors which have been numbered 1-5. We ask that if you have been booked an appointment by your Doctor, or if you are coming in for an essential procedure with our Nursing team, please arrive at our main entrance where you will be greeted by our receptionist (the doors remain... closed but please knock on the door). We will mark you as arrived and advise you which door to wait at. The Doctor or Nurse will come and collect you from the relevant door
Please arrive at the time of your appointment and not early. This is so we can ensure that social distancing is maintained at all times.
Unfortunately, this may mean a short wait outside (although our appointments are now designed so you shouldn't have to wait too long), but it may be worth bringing along an umbrella and rain coat should it start to rain.☂️

The Doctors, Nurses and staff at Haldon House Surgery in Exmouth are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.
Access into the surgery is via Manchester Street. The Practice has automatic doors and is based on the ground floor for easy wheelchair access.
To register to use our online services please visit the practice and you will be given a username and password. We also offer a text messaging reminder service, so please ensure we have your correct mobile telephone number.
Due to the pandemic, we advise that you download the NHS app to register for online services as our doors are closed so we cannot accept ID at reception. You can upload photographic ID on the NHS app and this is verified by the Home Office before your account is confirmed. Please call the surgery if you need further help or advice. Thank you.
