WHEN YOU TELEPHONE THE SURGERY
When you ring us now you will be given the opportunity to pick who you speak to.
Option 1 to make an appointment, or for general requests (home visit requests) or enquiries— blood test results, or questions you may have regarding your health.
Option 2 for prescription enquiries (please note we do not accept request for repeat prescriptions over the telephone). Requests can be dropped in, posted, via online services account (You can register at reception if you haven't done so already) or faxed—however, when we receive prescriptions they will take 48 (working) hours to process from time of receipt at the practice.
Please note, all calls are now recorded for quality and training purposes.
