STOP SMOKING

Ready to quit smoking but not sure how to do it? We are here to help you. Call the Surgery on 01395 222777 or pop into reception to book an appointment (or telephone call if you are unable to get into the Surgery) with our nursing team who have been expertly trained to help and support you in quitting.

There’s also lots of free support available to help you go #Smokefree and give up for good. Visit www.nhs.uk/smokefr...ee to find the help that works for you.

There is also a 'Smoke Free' app available to download from OneSmallStep which can help you along your way to living a non-smoking lifestyle.


TRI-HARDS EXMOUTH

The next ladies beginners running course will start on the evening of Monday 11th March 6.30pm. A 7.15pm group will be running too. This is designed for those wishing to learn to run up to 5K (3 miles).

The next daytime course will start on Friday 15th March at 9.30am. Also open to mummies and daddies with buggies too πŸ‘©‍πŸ‘¦πŸ‘¨‍πŸ‘¦

The courses run for 7 weeks with week 7 being at Exmouth Parkrun Saturday 27th April. Breaky after to celebrate graduation 😊
